The success of Data Modul is to a considerable extent directly related to the highly skilled and committed employees. For a forward looking corporation we need people with qualification and personality.

We consider as basic prerequisites for the success of the organization the initial and continuing education of the employees. Therefore we place special value on continual learning. The intensification of the team spirit through an open management culture is creating an environment for highly motivated employees.

Whenever possible, we practice a direct exchange of ideas without any bureaucracy. This strengthens the team structure and creates an environment in which the employee is motivated and willing to accept aggressive responsibility.

At present Data Modul has 93 employees incl. 4 apprentices, Conrac 158 employees incl. 24 apprentices in the areas of IT, industrial and international marketing, IT electronics, technical draftsman - mechanical engineering and as junior engineers.
