On September 14, 2009, Mr. Ludwig Lehmann, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on DATA MODUL AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005498901, WKN: 549890, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on September 07, 2009 and on that day amounted to 5,01% (this corresponds to 160734 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4,80% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 153734 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Lehmann.
