With the ECM-945GSE Data Modul offers a new 3,5“ Embedded Single Board Computer, based on the latest Intel® Atom™ Platform.
The low power ECM-945GSE is fitted with the latest fanless Intel® Atom™ N270 1.6 GHz CPU and Intel® 945GSE + ICH7-M chipset.
It provides beside the standard I/O features 6 x USB 2.0, 2 x COM, 16 GPIOs,
2 x SATA, HD Audio, Dual Gigabit Ethernet, one Compact Flash Socket and is expandable via Mini PCI-Express.
The ECM-945GSE is actually one of the first Intel® Atom™ base boards which supports Dual Channel 24 Bit LVDS. That’s why TFT Displays >15“ with full colour depth can be controlled as well.
There is also a version with Dual Channel 18 Bit LVDS available, which offers additionally one DVI output.
Both versions have one VGA und TV-Output onboard.
The 3,5” board has one SODIMM socket onboard which supports up to 2 GB DDR2 400/533 SDRAM.
Due to its low height, the ECM-945GSE is very suitable for integration in flat-panel and compact systems.

Like avalue’s (partner of DATA MODUL AG) other Embedded products, the new ECM-945GSE provides a long-term availability of at least 3 years with a strict revision control.
DATA MODUL offers this highly integrated module as well with a wide range of different TFT displays (AUO, Sharp, CMO,...) inclusive inverters, tested cables and adapted Power-ON/OFF timing. The use of a time intensive display adjustment therefore becomes redundant.
DATA MODUL is able to offer their customers firmware-development for Embedded Systems, driver-adjustments and adjustments of operating systems.
