Workflow for return shipments / goods returned

Step 1:

We ask you to demand by phone, e-mail or fax a return-material-authorisation Number (RMA-No.) at our department logistics/service.
You would help us a lot, if you could give us the following data:
- our delivery note No. or invoice No.
- our article No.
- Your account No. (see invoice or delivery note)
- Reason for return shipment

Step 2:

- Please pack the goods safe for transport and if it's necessary antistatically / esd-fair.
- Write the RMA-No. on a good visible place on the packing.
- Create a delivery note on which you specify the data mentioned under step 1.
- Dispatch the goods together with the delivery note, "freight prepaid", to us.

Step 3:

- After receipt we'll check the goods and repair or replace them.
- Check incoming goods, repair, dispatch takes approx.15 - 20 working days.
- This period extendeds, if e.g. spare parts have to be purchased.
- Sometimes a repair could only be done by the manufacturer.
- Information on the status will be given by our department Logistic/Service on request.
