Your tasks:

  • Creation of the initial configuration of prototypes for customerspecific projects
  • Composition of Quick Start Guides
  • Provide technical assistance to customers and Sales team
  • Definition of cable assemblies incl. creation of cable drawings for off-site production
  • Configuration and assembly of demo units and sample kits for the Sales team and trade shows
  • Light travel to trade shows possible

Your profile:

  • Educated in electrical or computer engineering or similar
  • Experience in working in an engineering environment
  • Experience with displays, touch screens, embedded computing and operating systems
  • Technical proficiency
  • Ability to utilize lab test equipment
  • Capability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Basic skills in Microsoft® Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Comfortable in the use of Microsoft® Office, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Structured and analytical work routine
  • Team oriented mindset
  • Solid and fluent English language skills
Preferred skills (not required, but a plus if you possess any of them)
  • Additional language skills, such as, Spanish, Chinese and/or German
  • Experience in solving EMI & EMC problems
  • Familiarity in JIRA Software & Confluence (or similar tools)
  • Experience with PCAP (Projected Capacitive) Touchscreens, i.e. Microchip® (formerly: Atmel) maXTouch® or Embedded Computers, i.e. Intel® x86-based, ARM-based
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft® Windows and Linux Operating Systems
