DATA MODUL POLSKA SP. Z O.O., located in Lublin, is a 100% subsidiary of DATA MODUL AG.

In preparation of the opening of our new production site in Lublin, Poland, we are looking for a Teamleader Warehouse/Logistics (m/f)


Primary responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the warehouse, including all relevant tasks concerning the flow of goods and administrative logistics
  • Plan and supervise incoming and outgoing goods, including packaging and shipping
  • Ensure smooth processes for production supply as well as stock/inventory levels and availability of goods
  • Cooperate actively in finding improvement measures in the fields of work safety, storage, packaging, work-flow and warehouse management system
  • Lead the warehouse/logistics team, including personnel resource and deployment planning
  • Giving support in staff qualification and development
  • Plan and perform inventory/stocktaking

Skills and experiences:

  • Professional training as warehouse logistics specialist
  • Several years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, ideally in an international production company
  • Excellent skills in working with an ERP system and a warehouse management system, ideally basic knowledge in working with a haulage software
  • Willingness to perform shift-work
  • Driver´s license for forklifts and experience in industrial transport vehicles
  • Experienced in leading a small team professionally and disciplinary
  • Very good communication skills in Polish and English, German skills would be advantageous
  • Proactive, independent and goal-oriented work-style with a positive can-do mindset
  • Structured and hands-on work routine
