Working Time Models
Sufficient compensation for everyday working life: our employees are entitled to at least 30 days of paid holiday. Depending on the location, we also grant additional days off. We also rely on flexible working time models and mobile working. To ensure productive collaboration, mobile working days are agreed jointly by the team and adapted to operational requirements. Working hours between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. can be allocated independently as part of the flexitime model - to suit your own life situation.
