Tax/Financial Specialist (m/f/d)

DATA MODUL is one of the world's leading specialist suppliers of professional, industrial display, touch, embedded, monitor and panel PC solutions. To strengthen our Financial Team at our company subsidiaries in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest time as Tax/Financial Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Analysis of documents and transactions from a tax perspective to ensure minimization of tax risks
Ongoing reconciliation of accounts and clarification of existing differences
Control, posting, and accounting of purchase invoices Data Modul Polska
Entering transfers into the banking application, posting bank statements, reconciling and valuing foreign currency items
Supporting the implementation of the KSeF interface for Data Modul AG and performing tests in this area (Go-Live 01.02.2026)
Support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for Data Modul Polska and the Data Modul Group – ability to handle any financial matters at the level of the entire capital group and the parent company in Germany
Contacts with an external tax advisor and accounting office in the area of accounting and tax services for Data Modul Polska
Support in preparing documents required during tax inspections and financial audits

Your profile:

Higher education with a specialization in accounting and finance and/or postgraduate studies and professional courses in accounting and taxation
Several years of professional experience in accounting and taxation
Very good practical knowledge of taxes, in particular VAT and CIT, is essential
Knowledge of various tax issues (e.g., intra-Community supply of goods, intra-Community acquisition of goods, delivery with installation, withholding tax, import, export, transfer pricing, tax regulations, etc.)
Good knowledge of English and/or German
Proficiency in MS Office
High professional standards, willingness to take on new challenges, and ability to work independently
Analytical skills, responsibility, and accuracy at work
Possibility of part-time work – to be agreed with the employer
