First publication of a sustainability report

With the publication of our first sustainability report for the 2024 financial year, we are providing comprehensive insights into our sustainability activities and strategic direction. ‘In a challenging economic environment, we have made a conscious decision to anchor sustainability as an integral part of our corporate strategy - as a central building block for the future viability of DATA MODUL. Our goal is to combine economic considerations with ecological responsibility,’ emphasises Dr Florian Pesahl, CEO of DATA MODUL AG.

As part of the global transformation process, we work across departments and holistically in accordance with the three ESG dimensions - environment, social and governance. The implementation of specific measures is based on our understanding of sustainability with its three central pillars:

• Resource and energy efficiency: We generate sustainable added value and protect our environment through innovative technologies for resource conservation and recycling. We promote product circularity with a focus on our customers’ requirements.
• Social responsibility: Respect, appreciation and integrity are firmly anchored in our corporate culture. We stand for equal opportunities and are committed to our employees and the society.
• Sustainable supply chain: Long-term partnerships based on trust are the foundation on which we continuously develop the supply chain together with our customers and suppliers.
